This site exists as a means of providing access to
information related to Thomasson v. Perry,
the first constitutional challenge of the military's "Don't Ask,
Don't Tell" policy
to reach the United States Supreme Court.
It was established to alleviate the administrative
burden and expense
involved in responding to requests for copies of these
documents.
